William Garry Papple

William Garry Papple, age 68, of Hillsdale Michigan, passed away on January 31, 2026 at his home. He was born on January 21, 1958 to parents Albert and Mildred (Critchett) Papple.

Garry is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Shelley Papple; his sons Nick (Sarah) Papple, Luke (Jess) Papple, and Josh (Casey) Haynes; daughters Amy (Randall) DeGeorge and Amanda Bradner; grandchildren Lily Papple, Colton Papple, Braxton Haynes, Claire Bradner, Gabe Bradner. Garry is also survived by his brother Barry Papple and his sister Linda Ouvry.

He was preceded in passing by his parents, Albert and Mildred Papple, and his sister Caroline Papple.

Garry served in the army and later dedicated 20 years to working at Livonia Tool in Litchfield. In his free time, he truly enjoyed spending quality moments with his family, especially with his wife and grandchildren. He also had a great passion for outdoor activities, particularly fishing and going hunting with his best friend Brian Scott.

In accordance to his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial visitation to honor Garry's life will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, from 4:00 pm until 7:00pm at the Hampton Funeral Home in Hillsdale.
