Shirley Lyons Obituary
Shirley is survived by five children, Jackie (Kenneth) Rosbury, John (Wanda Fletcher) Rader, Don (Gayle) Smalley-Rader, Darlene (Brian) Fast, and Dayton (Chris Lyon) Lyons; five grandchildren, Josh (Lyssa) Rader, Jake (Heather) Rader, Mason Stoll, Caitlynn Stoll, and Eva Stoll; three great grandchildren, Carter Rader, Jonah Rader, and Marley Burcham; and two siblings, Helen and Nonie.
She was preceded in passing by her parents; her husband, Carl Lyons; and eight siblings.
Shirley enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and scrapbooking. She also enjoyed traveling and sightseeing whenever she could. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, sister, and friend, who will be greatly missed.
A funeral service to honor her life will be held at the Hampton Funeral Home in Hillsdale on Saturday, January 3, 2026 beginning at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Mike Prince officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset View Cemetery in Jonesville. The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday, from 12:00 pm until the time of the service.
