Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at Victorious Believers Ministries, 624 South Outer Drive, Saginaw, MI 48601. Pastor Christopher V. Pryor will officiate with interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery, 3210 S. Washington, Saginaw, MI 48601. Visitation will take place from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. The family will be present from 5:00-6:00 p.m.

When I met his son B.Wendell parker, I just got out prison and needed place to live I met William and he opened his house to me I've been part of family every since! He was very quiet and I told Wendell I'm going get your daddy to love me well I did the parker family been my closest family ever, I don't really have a family my own not real family like the Parker's and I can say he raised some great men B.wendell, and Anthony are great men and great sons they did a great job as they took care there daddy! Bless there thank you, daddy I'll miss you!

Last time I saw Bill my wife and I were at Bob Evan´s, we had a great time catching up. Thanks for all help breaking me in, in the melting. Took great care of me on the furnace repair weekends..God Bless you William...safe travels in your after life.
