Born in Camden, New Jersey, Billy was a longtime resident of Wenonah and most recently, Woodbury Heights, NJ. He was a home heath aid and proud to serve and help his patients. Billy enjoyed working on number puzzle books and knitting items such at pot holders for his family.

Beloved husband of the late Frances; dear brother of Donna (Joseph) Kopaz; dear uncle of Linda Record.
Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Saturday, February 5, 2022, 2:00 - 3:00 PM at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ where the Funeral Ceremony will follow at 3:00 PM. Interment will take place privately.
