William Foster Phillips, age 49, of Jackson, Ohio passed away Sunday, November 19th, 2023, at his residence. He was born July 25th, 1974, in Gallipolis, Ohio.
He is survived by his son, Billy Phillips; mother, Vicky (Charles) Ray; father, William (June) Phillips; sister, Rebecca Kisor; as well as several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Cynthia Phillips.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, November 27th, 2023, from 4-6PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Online condolences may be sent to
