Bill Plaster was such a kind man, he always worked to help people. He also had a great compassion for animals and he and his family rescued many abandoned and homeless dogs and cats and gave them the affection and care they needed.
He made sure he had the time to help anyone that came across his path and needed help. I will miss him.
My prayers are with his family.
