William is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ethel (Cowherd) Porter, parents George O. and Helen (Hayden) Porter, a son Larry Tucker and two daughters Debra Faye Porter and Carolyn Moffitt.
His survivors include his daughters Sandra Lynn Trigg, Mary Joyce (Joycie) Porter. His sons David Keith (Fayetta) Porter, Richard (Vanessa) Moffitt, and Phil (Faye) Williams and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren nieces and nephews along with his pet companion Smokie.
Visitation will be from 9:00AM to 11:00AM, Saturday, September 20, 2025. service at 11:00AM at Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon, KY.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Saturday, September 20, 2025 with Rev. Tommy Calhoun officiating. Interment will follow in Ryder Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Tyrone Trigg, Damon Trigg, Brandon Trigg, Joshua Thompson, Jamille Wells, and Chase Hayes
