William John "Bill" Prohl

William John Prohl Bill 89, of Hales Corners, Wisconsin passed away on August 18, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Joyce (nee Fouts) Prohl. Loving father of Peggy (Tom) Luedke, Penny (Joseph Stein) Prohl Stein, Paula Prohl and Pam (Tracy) Wagner. Proud Grandpa of Jenny (Josh) Sasada, Stephanie (Scott), Andrew, Melissa and Theodore TJ . Caring brother of Jean Sponder. Further survived by many other family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents William and Helen (nee Drom) Prohl, his sisters Sophia Holtz and Louise Ekes. Bill was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran, served in the Korean War.
He worked for Wisconsin Electric Company for 37 years and 18 years at Emery Air Freight. After retirement he worked at Ewald Ford Car Company.
Bill loved traveling, camping, going up North to our family cabin in Athelstane, Wisconsin. He loved motorcycles, he had many cars, by the age of 65 he had 65 cars and he loved to talk on the phone.
