Cecil is survived by his loving son: Wayne A. Quick of Salem, MO; brothers: Dennis Quick and wife Christy, Jake Quick, Gurnie Quick and significant other Belinda, and James Quick and wife Karen all of Salem, MO; soulmate: Teresa Lewis of Salem, MO; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents: James E. and Bessie (Bowen) Quick; brother: James Quick Jr.; and sister: Linda Darling Downing.
