William “Reggie” Reginald Morris, 70, passed away on Friday, February 2. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 10 at 2:00 pm at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Entombment will immediately follow at Hollywood Cemetery in Middlesex. Reverend Michael Wolff will officiate.
Family will receive friends on Friday, February 9 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Joyner’s Funeral Home and at the home of Laurie and Rupert Langston on Friday and Saturday in Kenly.
Reggie is survived by his daughter, Meagan Barry and husband, Chris of Black Mountain; daughter, Nikki Price and husband, Bill of Jacksonville; son, Brad Turnage of the home; granddaughter, Ryleigh Barry; grandson, Cashton Barry; granddaughter, Maelynn Barry; granddaughter, Parker Sledge and husband, Christian; grandson, Tanner Brantley; great-grandson, Lane Sledge; sisters, Annette Whitley and husband, Dennis of Middlesex, Laurie Langston and husband, Rupert of Kenly, and Angie Wolff and husband, Michael of Charlotte; brothers, Bryan Morris of Elm City and Graham Morris and wife, Sharon of Raleigh; numerous nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.
Reggie was preceded in death by his loving wife, Vicky Lynn Williams Turnage Morris and his parents, William Graham Morris, Sr. and Angeline Cone Morris.
