On Thursday, February 22, 2024, William “Bill” Joe Richmond of Severn, MD passed away peacefully at his home with family by his side. Beloved husband of Betsy D. Richmond, loving father of Lisa J. Davey and her husband Bill and William J. “BJ” Richmond, II and his wife Melissa. Grandfather of Noah and Lily Davey and Olivia and Asher Richmond. He is also survived by his siblings; Robert Scherr and Jeanne Lewis and many nieces, nephews and loving friends. Bill was preceded in death by his parents; Helen and Waldo Richmond and his other siblings, Waldo Richmond, Jr. and Gary Richmond.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, PA, 1 2nd Avenue, SW ,(at Crain Highway), Glen Burnie, MD 21061 on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 11:00 am. Graveside Service and Interment to follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge, MD.
