William Stephen Rosta Junior of Valparaiso, Indiana entered into rest on September 7th, 2025. William was born in East Chicago, Indiana on December 20th, 1943, to parents William Stephen Rosta and Helen (Bencze) Rosta, who preceded him in death. William attended Bishop Noll High School, graduating in 1961 and proceeding to St. Joseph College in East Chicago, Indiana to receive his bachelor's degree, and later became a Certified Public Accountant, and served on the finance committee of St. Elizabeth Seton Church. He is survived by wife Charlotte( Ramesh), who he married June 19th, 1965 and had sons Steve (Nancy) Rosta, of Daytona Beach, FL, Michael (Charlet) Rosta of Valparaiso, IN, Thomas (Amy) Rosta of Fishers, IN, and Brian (Allison) Rosta of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by his sister Ellen Landers of Virginia, and grandchildren Stephanie, Christian, Andy, Megan, and Julie, along with great-granddaughter Marley.
Visitation will take place Wednesday, September 10th from 4 P.M. to 7 P.M. at Bartholomew Funeral Home in Valparaiso, IN. The funeral will be held Thursday, September 11th at 10 A.M., at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church with Father Mick Kopil and burial taking place at Calumet Park Cemetery in Merrillville, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be sent to The Prison Ministry of St. Elizabeth Seton Church.
