William Ruger Obituary
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Constance Ruger, sons Thomas, Timothy and Theodore Ruger, brothers, Marcus, Kenneth and Richard Ruger. He is survived by his son Terry (Barbara) Ruger, sister Donna Callahan, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Bill was a veteran of the US Army and retired as Postmaster in Beaver Dams. He was an avid baseball and racing fan, playing senior softball in his retired years in Florida.
There will be no service or calling hours. A private burial will take place at the convenience of the family at Maple Grove Cemetery in Horseheads, NY

Bill was an unusual high school basketball player. He wasn't tall or fast but, he was very quick shooting from outside with his unique one-armed set shot.

Bill was a great man. I met him through senior softball, one of the nicest men I ever met. He loved his family very much, and he and Connie were the perfect match. I am heart broken.
