William "Bill" Schultz Obituary
William L. Schultz (Bill), age 78, passed away June 23, 2024. Beloved husband of Linda M. (nee Firster), dearest brother of the late Bud Nicol, the late Don Nicol, Dorothy Grendzynski (the late Ted), Rich Schultz, and Lee Schultz (Lorri); loving father of Lori, Bill (Rose), Brian Stewart, and Brittany Kotecki; grandfather of Nick Kraus, Gabby Schultz (Dom), Megan Humphrey (Daniel), Hannah Sorma (JP), Michaela and Carly Kotecki; great grandfather to Luna, Alessi, and Lily; cherished uncle and great uncle to many. Bill was an amazing man, who served with the Bedford Heights Police Department from September 1974 until his retirement in January 2011, where he was honored to serve as a Patrolman, Sergeant, Lieutenant, and retiring as Commander. He was kind, compassionate, caring, and most of all loving. He was a great man and loved going on vacations, watching sports, spending time with family, and enjoying time with his dog Freddie. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Friends may call at THE FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME 356 W. AURORA RD. (OH. RTE. 82) SAGAMORE HILLS FOR MEMORIAL VISITATION MONDAY, JULY 1, 2024 FROM 4P.M. Bill was a customer of mine when we first met at Glidden Paint store in Warrensville Hts. In 2011 we had the pleasure to become neighbors to Bill and Linda.
