William "Frank" Sebree, 64, of Owensboro, passed away on Friday, September 19, 2025 while under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. Frank was born September 30, 1960 in Owensboro to the late William and Wanda Fulenwider Sebree. Frank worked as a fork lift driver at De-Am-Ron Building Systems. He loved to fish and listen to music, and the most important thing to him was his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Carl William Sebree.

Survivors include his wife, Carla Sebree; daughter, Jennifer Basham; four grandchildren, Alexis Roldan (Carlos), Courtney Keesler, Torence Collins (Zack), and Dixie Sebree; and five great-grandchildren, Mia Roldan, Diego Roldan, Kyson Keesler, Evelynn Collins, and Caspyn Collins.

Private family services will be held at a later date. James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
