He was born on August 2, 1945, in Edmore, Michigan to the late John Robert Shull and Audry Lucille Caflisch Shull. William was a member of the Elks Lodge # 192.
He is survived by his wife, Jane Shull of Medina; step son, Brad Perry (Jessica) of Miramar Beach; step daughter, Stephanie Byrum (Billy) of Medina; three sisters, Jackee Buck (Bill) of West Virginia, Sharon Shull of Colorado and Lynda Dill (Harry) of West Virginia; four grandchildren, Cooper Byrum, Barnes Perry, Anna Kate Perry and Celia Perry; and special cousin, Bruce Stephanske (Jeanette).
