I had the joy of first meeting Bill when he worked for ADEM, he was a wonderful mentor and friend. I will always remember his occasional surprise candy bars as well! Such a caring and fun person he was! I will surely miss him! My prayers are with you and your family. May the great spirit be with you in this time of need. Peace be with you all.

I feel so fortunate to have known and worked for such a sweet person. He was a wonderful friend and I will never forget him. He was always so cheerful and never had a bad word for or about anyone. He lived a good life. God will Bless Him.

Bill was a perfect example of a member of the "Greatest Generation". A brave warrior when his country asked him to be. He was hard working, yet humble, gracious, generous, and caring.
