William Srnovrsnik Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Monreal Srnick Funerals & Cremations on Mar. 28, 2026.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of William Frank Srnovrsnik Jr., affectionately known as Bill Srnick, who left us on March 26, 2026, at the age of 77. Born on May 23, 1948, in Cleveland, Ohio, Bill spent most his life in Euclid, where he built a legacy of dedication, creativity, and love for his family and community.

Bill had a remarkable career as a service tech for over 45 years, retiring in 2011. He was always the go-to guy for family and friends, ready with advice and hands-on assistance for any service or construction needs. His knack for envisioning and building amazing projects helped countless individuals bring their dreams to life. He especially cherished his grandchildren and great-grandchildren with all his heart. He created a beautiful oasis in his yard, complete with a pool, where countless joyful hours were spent soaking up the sun and making memories with his loved ones.

A talented percussionist, Bill spent many years playing with local bands, delighting audiences until his retirement from the entertainment industry in the 1980s. His love for music continued as he proudly followed in his father's footsteps as a long-time member of the Pol-Kats Club, becoming an honored recipient at the Polka Hall of Fame. In a touching tribute to their family legacy, he reunited with his brothers to perform, celebrating their father's memory through music.

Bill was a loving husband of 45 years to his wife, Dianne, his children, Jeffrey and Robert "Rob/Bob" Srnovrsnik (both Deceased), Cheryl Kotonski, Kelley (Craig) Koslasky, Kristen White, and John Kotonski, his grandchildren, Chelsea and Kennedy Koslasky, Jaden, Parrish and Graceson Srnovrsnik, Summer, George and Sienna White, his great grandchildren, Ella and Adelaide, his daughter-in-Law, Barb Srnovrsnik, his siblings, Christine (Len) Crawford, Jim (Claudia) Srnick, Don (Sue) Srnick, Phil Srnick and Jane Srnick Monreal and many nieces and nephews.

An avid Cleveland sports fan, Bill passionately supported the Browns, Indians, and especially enjoyed rooting for his favorite NASCAR drivers. His zest for life and unwavering loyalty to his teams were a testament to his vibrant spirit.

Bill's visitation will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2026, from 3-7 pm at Monreal Srnick Funerals & Cremations, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake, Ohio 44095. His funeral service will take place immediately following on Thursday at 7pm..

We invite family and friends to join us in celebrating his life, sharing stories, and remembering the incredible man we all knew and loved.

Bill will be profoundly missed but forever cherished in the hearts of those who knew him.
