William Steven Huff Obituary
William Steven “Red” Huff, age 70 of Clarkson, passed away Friday, September 12, 2025 at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY. He was born June 22, 1955 to the late William Thomas Huff and the late Christine Murray Huff. Steve was a retired tradesman and a painting contractor. He enjoyed restoring furniture, fishing, and arrow head hunting.
Besides his parents, Steve was preceded in death by his two brothers, Johnnie M. Huff and James Thomas “Tommy” Crump.
He is survived by his wife Becky Tomes Huff Clarkson, KY; one son, Steven Justin Huff, Dillyn, VA; a daughter, Holly Vance, Scottsville, KY; four grandchildren, Ethan Witten, Tinsley Vance, Christina Vance and Joe Edlin; one sister, Patricia (Wayne) Carroll, Horse Cave, KY.; special nephews, Desmond Carroll, Glasgow, KY, Brian Carroll, Glasgow, KY, Matthew Carroll, Horse Cave, KY, and Johnathan Huff, Elizabethtown, KY.
The family will welcome friends from 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM CT on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM CT on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Kenny Arterburn officiating. Burial will follow at the Walters Community Cemetery.
