Tom is survived by his wife, Junie Duckworth Vallandingham; children, Jim (Joy) Howard, and Jacob (Brittany) Howard; Kayleigh (Tom Zack) Evans, Jordin (Adam) Tolle, Taylor (Clay) Darnell, Tommy (Ally) Vallandingham II; Fifteen grandchildren, Audrey, Owen, Bekkett, Briar, Wyatt, Julien, Blake, Gordon, Clayton, Mason, Lucas, Reed, Beau, Carter, and one on the way; brothers, Charles Allen Vallandingham, Gary Jackson, Dennis Jackson; and sisters, Debbie Fryman, Judy Rose, Charlene Davis, and Leslie Mays.
Tom, also known to many as Tommy, was a devoted husband for 40 years, a supportive and loving father, a loyal son, brother, friend and inspiration to everyone he met. He rolled through life with a smile on his face, exuding unwavering faith and a deep love for Christ. He was a true model of humility and sacrifice.
Tom proudly served his country for 14 years in the United States Navy, retiring as a Hull Technician Chief. He remained dedicated to his community through memberships with the Harrison County Farm Bureau Board, St. Edwards Knights of Columbus, Cynthiana Elks Lodge, and the Paralyzed Veterans of America Kentucky-Indiana Chapter.
Visitation will be held Friday, June 20, 2025 from 5:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at Ware Funeral Home with rosary at 8:00P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Edward Catholic Church in Cynthiana, KY. Father Mike Williams will officiate the services, and burial will follow in St. Edward Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the St. Edward Catholic Church Youth Ministry, c/o 107 N, Walnut St, Cynthiana, KY 41031
