William Vigil passed away at the age of 77 on Friday, August 15, 2025.

William was born April 20th, 1948 in Greeley, Colorado to Sam Vigil and Geneveve Vigil.

William would spend his life in Milliken, Colorado, where he tended to the family property and visited his mother every day to have breakfast and make sure she was taken care of. He fathered and is survived by his 4 children Andy, Billie Jo, Tommy and Anthony.

William was more commonly know as Bill, or more specifically Uncle Bill, a nickname commonly used at the bars he would frequent. Throughout the years Bill would seldom break from his routine of goi8ng to the bar and having his 4 beers, earning himself coveted discounts at multiple establishments. Friends and family would commonly describe him as a difficult man, who was stubborn, but always took care of his family and friends, and was a good man.

In addition to his 4 children, Bill leaves behind 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

I am so sorry, Bill and I went to school together almost all of our lives. I have known you family for many years. I loved reading his obituary capturing his ornery side and still knowing the other side of him! Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
