William “Bill” David Waggoner, Jr., age 73 of Mt. Orab, Ohio passed away Monday, January 26, 2026 at Sanctuary Pointe Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born July 1, 1952 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania the son of the late William David and May Hannah (Davis) Waggoner. Bill was a dedicated and self-employed auto mechanic. As the owner and operator of Mild to Wild Automotive in Forest Park, Ohio, he was known for his meticulous attention to detail and his exceptional ability to address even the most challenging automotive issues. This earned him the respect and admiration of many who sought his expertise. A true car enthusiast, Bill had a passion for all things automotive, from racing in his younger years to cherishing the sport from a distance later in life as a spectator. His contributions to both the automotive field and his local community will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
Mr. Waggoner is survived by four sons – Eric Waggoner and wife Samantha of Mt. Orab, Ohio, William Waggoner, III and wife Annett of Salisbury, Maryland, Justin Waggoner of Sharonville, Ohio and Kyle Waggoner and wife Ashley of West Chester, Ohio; eight grandchildren – Caleb Waggoner of Sharonville, Ohio, Patrick and Zachary Waggoner both of Salisbury Maryland, Kaylan, Lucas and Landon Waggoner all of Mt. Orab, Ohio and Michael and Jacob Waggoner of West Chester, Ohio; one sister - Joyce Sedenger and husband Pete of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and special friends - Mike and Judy Manheim of Greenhills, Ohio.
Following cremation, services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio is serving the family.
