Bill was born on February 2, 1962, in Jeffersonville, IN, to Willam S. Wagner and the late Margie May. He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Mrubi; sisters, Donna (Kevin) Helton, Dorrie (Donald) Braden and grandchildren, Nyasha Mrubi and Samara Mrubi.
Bill was a loving father and grandfather. An outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing and could always be found watching old westerns and NASCAR.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bills funeral expenses, in care of Boyd Funeral Home.
