William "Billy" James Weber, 67, of Cocoa passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2025, while surrounded by his loving family. Billy was born on February 21, 1958, in Daytona Beach, Florida to William and Dianne Weber. He worked for Publix throughout Brevard County for over forty-seven years and was in the top 100 of longest tenured employees in his division. Billy enjoyed Jet Skiing, boating, NASCAR, 4-wheeling and listening to music, especially The Doors and Neil Young, treating anyone who was around to a Billy concert, singing along with all of his favorite tunes. But most of all he enjoyed his time as a loving husband, father and Paw Paw.

Billy is preceded in death by his father, William F. Weber; sister, Kathy Jones; stepmother Patricia Weber; stepfather Earl Howard; stepdaughter Helen Constant; his dog Whiskey and cat Mr. Wu. He will be greatly missed by his beloved wife of twenty-six years, Patricia "Patty" Weber; daughter Jessie (David) Andrews; son Cody (Shannon) Weber; mother Dianne Howard; stepdaughter Cathy Obryan; grandchildren Blake, Jane, Waylon, Westin and Kelly; sisters Beth Presnell and Judi Hubbard; stepbrothers Mike (Becky) McAleenan, John La Couture; stepsister Sharon La Couture, and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of Billy's life will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at North Brevard Funeral Home at 10AM.

In lieu of flowers, the Family requests consideration of a donation to the Brevard County Humane Society.
