He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Edward Blair.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Ann Marie Blair; his daughter, Niki Cockeril; and his granddaughter, the light of his life, Tiffany Blair. He is also survived by his mother, Ruth Blair. Along with his siblings, Tim Blair, Terri Blair, and Tina Smith; and his beloved nieces and nephews, Zach Frazier, Casey Fallon, and Katie Smith.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Ratterman and Sons Funeral Home, 10600 Taylorsville Road. A memorial service will begin at 2:00pm in Ratterman Chapel. Immediately following, there will be a Celebration of Life from 3pm to 6pm at American Turners 3125 River Road.
