My introduction to the strong, friendly giant of a man who Willie Baker was was at a church picnic. We were visiting. He and Charlotte welcomed us to their table. It was a friendship that remained until his last days. I already miss his smile, twinkling eyes, and gentle hug. God's peace to all of you.

We always enjoyed a loving smile, a good handshake, and a friendly chat with Willie on Sundays at Riverbend. Your Riverbend family will miss you, Willie! MUCH love, grace and comfort to your family, in this time.
