Willie Curry Obituary
Mr. Curry, a native of Edgefield County, was a member of Republican Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Alice Curry; two daughters, Erica Curry of Edgefield, SC and Crystal Curry of North Augusta, SC; one son, Min. Steven (Charise) Curry of Statesboro, GA; three sisters, Mary Curry of Edgefield, SC, Annette Curry of Charleston, SC and Endie Curry of Trenton, SC; a grandson, Khalil Conner; a granddaughter, Makayla Stokes; a host of other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Republican Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Willie Patten, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
Professional Services are under the compassionate care of G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary-Edgefield.

Wille and I were classmates at W.E. Parker High School. We were teammates on the basketball and football teams. Wille was a good guy and very friendly. My deepest condolences are with the family. May God's love and power comfort you during this time of bereavement.
