His survivors include two sons, Roderick Jones-Zeigler and Cory Pittman; four daughters, Tajuana Jones, Andrea (Charles) Johnson, Tiesha (Vertis) Green, and Tandria (Tevin) Thomas; five brothers, Johnny Jones, Roger Jones, Antonio Jones, Lorenzo (Lena) Jones, and Gerald (Takia) Childs; five sisters, Katherine Dorn, Irene Brooks, Josephine Anderson, Annie Pearl Jones, and Jackqueline (Gary) Gainey; a step-mother, Dora Jones; eight grandchildren and a host of relatives.
