Willie L. Whitaker
Willie L. Whitaker, 79, passed away on October 04, 2023 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Whitaker was born on May 08, 1944 in Ashburn, Georgia. He went on to marry Elizabeth Whitaker. After Elizabeth's passing, Willie met Marge Allen and spent the remainder of his life enjoying her company. He enjoyed spending his time fishing.
Willie was preceded in passing by his wife, Elizabeth Whitaker; daughters, Barbara Ann Whitaker and Brenda Faith Whitaker; mom, Georgie Mae Whitaker; sisters, Patricia Dowson, Brenda Fays Whitaker, Barbara Ann Whitaker; and brothers, KC Jones and Terry Vail.
He is survived by his significant other, Marge Allen; his children, Christine (Jimmy) Pearson, Janica M. (Eddie) William, Barbara (Eric) Felton, Willie L. (Mary) Whitaker, Toney L. (Nicole) Whitaker, Antwon (Vonne) Whitaker; his sisters, Emda Bell, Gwen Bollyn-Hollomon, Dorothy Whitaker, and Alicia Williams; his brothers, Ricky Phillis and Larry (Judy) Vail; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Haisley Funeral Home from 2 PM to 4 PM. A service will follow at 4 PM.
