Willie Bee Wright (Christina Monroe) was born December 29, 1962 in Leland, Mississippi to Viola and Clem Wright Sr. He was the sixth child of nine children. He was educated in the Kansas City, Missouri school district. Willie was baptized at an early
age and became a Deacon at Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church. He worked as a Mechanic and also a warehouse worker.

Willie loved spending time with his family and friends and taking photos of those cherished memories.
Willie departed this life on Friday, October 6, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Viola and Clem Wright Sr.; sister, Mattie Jackson (James Jackson); brother, Clem Wright (Lisa Wright); niece, Barbara Ann Wright; and nephews, Larry E. Wright, and Jose Jenkins.

He leaves to cherish his life and memories with Christina Monroe; brother, Charles Wright; sisters, Mary Nelson, Lillie Wright, JoAnn Wright, Marietta Wright, and Angela Ford- Wright; grandkids, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends.

 Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 21 ,2023, visitation will be held from 9 A.M. - 10 A.M. with services beginning at 10 A.M. at  Golden Gate located at 2800 East 18th Street Kansas City, Missouri 64127.
