Willis Hill

Willis Wayne Hill, age 53, passed away peacefully at his home on June 15, 2025, in Norfork, Arkansas. He was a quiet genius, known for his deep love of electronics and amateur radio. With a mind for innovation and a heart full of compassion, he lived a life marked by generosity and humility. Wayne never asked for anything unless it was on behalf of someone else, always putting others before himself. He was also known for his sharp wit and sense of humor, often offering a smile or clever remark that could lift the mood of any room. Though soft-spoken, his presence was deeply felt by those lucky enough to know him. He was preceded in death by his father, Lonnie F. Hill Sr.; mother, Deloris (Myers) Hill; a sister, Linda Cagle; three brothers, Lonnie F. Hill Jr., Terry Hill, and Larry Hill.
Wayne is survived by his son James; sister, Roberta (Elliott) Golmon of Norfork; brothers, William (Mary) Hill, Ricky Hill, and Billy Hill, all of Tennessee. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
Wayne will be remembered for his kind soul, generous heart, and quiet brilliance. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
