Wilma DeVore Obituary
Wilma worked as a Secretary for the City of Winfield, Kansas. She was a member of the Lowman United Methodist Church in Topeka, Kansas. She was very active with the Winfield, Kansas Lions Club and was District Governor from 2004-2005.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Wilma Stoffer; a son, Scott Leland Carpenter; and a sister, Carol Ann Allcorn.
Surviving family includes a son, Craig Carpenter of Loveland, Colorado; daughter, Carolyn Badura and husband Bill of Topeka, Kansas; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A private family burial will be held at Evergreen Mound Cemetery, Ottawa, Kansas. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and may be sent in c/o the Lamb-Roberts-Price Funeral Home, P.O. Box 14, Ottawa, KS 66067. Condolences may be sent to the family through www.lamb-roberts.com.

My sympathy to Joyce's family. We both grew up in the Richter/Oakland community. Such great memories of the neighborhood and the Stoffers.
