Wilma Jean Holtzclaw, age 85, of Cumming, GA, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on October 16th, 2023. She was a loving wife, mother, Nanny, sister, and friend. Wilma was a member of Coal Mountain Baptist Church. She loved worshipping God in song by playing the piano and singing. Wilma always had a song in her heart and was singing right up until the time that the Lord brought her home. She is preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Imogene Andrews; brother, Jack Andrews; Parents-in-law J.B. And Edna Holtzclaw, Margie Holtzclaw Wiggington and Annetta Holtzclaw Dinsmore.
She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Gene Holtzclaw; daughters, Ginger (Jerry) Frazier, Carol (Brad) Seitz, Connie (Stephen) Davis; grandchildren, Sydney (Jacob) Rickett, Lindsey Seitz, Cory Seitz, Luke Davis, Leanna Davis (Griffin Hughes), Larissa (J.T.) Simonds; great granddaughters, Reese and Ruby Rickett; brother, Jerry (Debbie) Andrews; sister-in-law, Linda Andrews; other nieces, nephews, and loving family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 18th, 2023, at 2:00 PM, at Coal Mountain Baptist Church with Rev. Danny Bennett, Rev. Gary Martin, Rev. Larry Vaughan, Rev. Jerry Frazier, and Rev. Stephen Davis officiating. The interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 17th, 2023, from the hours of 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and again on Wednesday, from 10:00 AM until the hour of service.
