Wilma Ridinger Obituary

She was the sixth child and youngest daughter of Heral J Merritt and Mada Caroline (Gold) Merritt, born on April 18,1931. She graduated from Hurley High School Hurley, Missouri on May 13,1948 as the valedictorian of her class.
Wilma was united in marriage to Vaughn Floyd Ridinger on June 28, 1968 by her father in the home that she grew up in.
Wilma loved to sew, quilt, garden, make crafts, sing and read.
Wilma, affectionately known as Granny, will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
Visitation services will be June 5, 2025 5PM-7PM at Meadors Funeral Home 314 N. Main Republic, Missouri. Burial Services will be June 6, 2025 at Missouri Veterans Cemetery 5201 S Southwest Road Springfield, Missouri.
In lieu of flowers, due to Wilma's love for sewing, please make donations to Dress a Girl Southwest Missouri a non profit global organization. Make checks payable to Dress a Girl Southwest Missouri. Mailing address: 2178 N Farm Rd 97 Springfield, Missouri 65802.
