Katherine Ann Call

Katherine Ann "Kate" Call, 30, of Louisville and formerly of Versailles, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 6, 2026, at Baptist Health Louisville.

Kate was a graduate of Woodford County High School and went on to study Human Development and Family Sciences at the University of Missouri–Columbia. She later earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. Kate dedicated her career to helping others as a social worker with Trilogy Health Services, where she brought compassion, patience, and genuine care to the people she served.

Kate had a warm, sparkling personality and truly never met a stranger. She had a gift for making people feel welcomed, understood, and valued. Her family and friends meant everything to her, and she was always the first to show kindness, offer support, or bring people together.

Kate loved soccer as a child and remained a lifelong fan, often enjoying professional matches. She found joy in life's simple moments-cooking, especially seafood, gathering around the table to play cards and games with her family, and spending time in Florida relaxing on the beach and watching the sunset. She also adored her German Shepherd pup, Duke.

She is survived by the love of her life and best friend, Graham Mathews; her father, Edward A. Crowley (Terri); her mother, Linda Ann Oldenburg Crowley; her brother, Eric Crowley of Denver, CO; her sisters, Misty Gonzalez (Rafeal), Natalie Legel (Adam), and Madison Hamel (Seth); her nieces and nephews, Narai, Gigi, RJ, and Nina Gonzalez; and Theodore Legel.

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Ratterman Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road, St. Matthews. Visitation will take place prior to the service beginning at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Though her time with us was far too short, Kate's kindness, laughter, and love will remain with all who knew her.
