Wilma Joyce "Joy" Vance

Wilma "Joy" Joyce Vance, age 80, of Newport, TN. Gained her angel wings on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center following her battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernie Vance; parents, John F. and Louella Crum; sister, Faye Mantooth; brothers, Jay Crum and Lacy Crum. She is survived by her daughter, Deana (Luis) Torres; son, Joe (Sabrina) Crum; grandchildren, Ashlee (Elvis) Lopez, Pedro (Emily) Lopez, DeAna (Xavier) Lopez, and Adriana Lopez; great-grandchildren, Daniella Gentry, Felix Lopez, and Bryan Lopez; special niece, Ann Costello; her best friend, Ruth Shults; family friends, Summer Muse, Matt Holt and Johnny Payne; also many other nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family will receive friends 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. Sunday, September 28, 2025 at Manes Funeral Home. The Funeral Service to follow at 2 p.m. in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Blanchard officiating. Burial to follow at Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Edwina, Community. The family wishes to say a special "Thank You" to Rev. Steve Blanchard.
