Wilma Whitler, 74, passed away Saturday, August 9, 2025, at Signature Healthcare of Hartford. She was born June 24, 1951, in Chiggerville, Kentucky to the late Jeffy and Mae Hope Knight. Mrs. Whitler was the owner and operator of Double Door Antiques in McHenry for forty years.

Aside from her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-five years, Jackie B Whitler; infant son, Donald Ray Whitler and a son-in-law, Michael White.

She is survived by two children, Terry (Teresa) Whitler of Echols and Kimberly White of McHenry; five grandchildren, RJ (Shelby) Worth, Latoshia (Jeremy) Woods, Brittany Worth, Jaclyn Whitler and Zachary Whitler; granddaughter at heart, Autumn Tichnor; several great grandchildren; four siblings, Larry Knight and Billie Dunham both of Arkansas, Fud Knight of Illinois and Debbie (Donald) Gosk of Horse Branch.

Graveside services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at Render Memorial Cemetery in McHenry, Kentucky. Friends may visit with Mrs. Whitler's family from 10:30 until the time of the service Tuesday at the cemetery.
