Yan "Melissa" Liu

November 2, 1980 – August 10, 2025

Yan "Melissa" Liu, 44, of Boca Raton, Florida, passed away suddenly at the hospital on August 10, 2025. Born on November 2, 1980, in Wufeng Tujia, China, Melissa was known for her beauty, her warm spirit, and her remarkable ability to brighten the days of those around her. She had a genuine gift for bringing joy to others, and her presence lit up every room she entered. Melissa loved helping people and worked hard, no matter the circumstances, to provide for those she cared about. Through her generosity and determination, she changed the lives of many and left a lasting mark on all who knew her.

Life brought its share of challenges, but Melissa faced them with strength and resilience. She worked tirelessly as a single parent to reunite and care for her three beloved children: Wendi (7), Yaya (16), and Andy (26). Her greatest joy was her family, and she gave everything to see her children happy, healthy, and together.

Family will receive friends, Friday, August 15, 2025, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. with a 3:00 p.m. funeral service at the funeral home. Cremation will follow.
