Sister Yumeka Nicole Guy, better known as “Nikki”, was born October 29, 1974, in Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia, to Shereyl Guy and Tyrone Swarn. Nikki received her education in the Decatur County Public School System, attending Bainbridge High School with the Class of 1995. A jovial, sweet spirit, she was loved not only by her family, but by the entire community. She departed her earthly life on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at her home surrounded by family.

Nikki was preceded in death by her stepfather who raised her from a little girl, Willie Gregory Dumas; her brother, Willie Gregory Dumas Jr.; her maternal grandmother, Ola Mae Dukes Holley; her paternal grandmother, Marvin Biggles; her paternal stepgrandmother, Dorothy “Laura” Gaines; and a special cousin, James Guy Jr.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories her four sons: Nicholas Smith, Javorris Rogers, Ziashoun Guy, and Jacquez Bruton; ten grandchildren: Lyriq, Peyton, Aryan, A’nyree, Xolile, Jakari, Jamari, Janiyah, Zuri, and Zekhai; mother, Shereyl Dumas (Thomas); father, Tyrone Swarn (Doris); siblings: Renita Sapp (Dexter), Shaunta Lewis (John), Ervin Fudge (Tasha), Jerrell Swarn (Kendra), Ordette Thomas, Kiwanja Sanders, Keisha Hayward, Tiana Florence, Neshanta Frazier, Cornelius Reese, Devin Fencher, and Rodriquez Fencher; special nieces and nephews: Destiny, Te’Shawn, Nyla, Bria, John Jr., Chase, and Mia; special great aunt, Annie “Sweet” Dukes; godsister/cousin, Chasity Dukes; special cousins: Lisa Dukes, Connie Williams, Tomiko Dukes, and Derrell Dukes; a host of additional nieces, nephews and cousins; as well as many, many friends.
