Mr. Yusef "Fatboy" Savage

Yusef Malik Savage affectionately known as "EU" was born to the late Martha Louise Savage and Bobby Payne on April 6, 1978, in Newark New Jersey. He was raised by Mary Adell Harris of Greenville, NC. Yusef departed this life on February 5, 2024.
Yusef attended Pitt County Schools and obtained a GED in later years. He enjoyed life with family and friends and loved to joke and entertain others with his sense of humor. Yusef loved to be the life of the party and watching basketball whether at the gym or on t.v. He was well-loved wherever he went especially when growing up in the neighborhood. He excelled at anything he put his mind to.
Yuself was preceded in death by his biological parents, Bobby and Louise; his mother, Mary Adell Harris whom he loved to the moon and back, and his grandmother, Mrs. Essie Mae Harris.
Yuself leaves to mourn his memories, one son, Shymeze Cain of Greenville, NC; three sisters, Dionesia Savage and Tyescia Savage both of Greenville, NC, Barbara Cox (Donnie) of Winterville, NC; two brothers, Leroy Wendell Harris and Jordan Green "Fatty" both of Greenville, NC; two uncles, Alton Harper of Lumberton of NC, Melvin Dixon of Durham NC; one aunt, Iris Hall of Greenville, NC; 11 nieces and 13 nephews; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
