Zachery Wayne Basham

Mr. Zachery Wayne Basham, of Hopkinsville, Ky, formerly of Tiptonville, TN passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2025 in Obion County, TN. Zach was born September 29, 1991 to Beverly and Gary Basham. He worked as a fabricator for the TGASK Co. He loved engineering, machinery and welding as well. He is remembered as a "Jack of All Trades", able to work on most anything that needed repair. He spent his free time listening to music and was a fan of golf, baseball and football, especially the Indianapolis Colts. He was a devoted father to his girls and loved any activity they did together. Zach is survived by his wife, Rebecca Basham, his mother Beverly Basham, his sister Michelle Basham, his daughters Gracelyn Hallum, Ellison & Ezrah Basham, his aunt and uncle Carol & Chris Bolding an aunt Janice Carrol, his cousins Kristy Carrol-Grimes and husband Torrey, and and special cousin Brandon Grooms. He is preceded in death by his father Gary Wayne Basham and his grandparents Richard Pierce, Dorothy VanCleave, Jimmy Basham and Kathleen Perkins. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. at the Dyersburg Funeral Home Tiptonville Chapel conducted by Rev. Carl Southerland. Visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m. Family and friends will be honored to serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in Mount Manuel Cemetery near the Walnut Log Community. Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Eddie Dean, Cody Kuykendal, Lance Smith, Oscar Allen, Rex White, Torrey Grimes, Dustin Ramsey and Cliff Gooch.
