Zackary Myhre Obituary

The funeral service for Zackary "Zack" Myhre, 31, of Minneapolis, MN, will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at Hope Lutheran Church in Minneota. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the church. Interment will follow the service at Hope Lutheran Cemetery in Minneota.
Zackary Ryan Myhre was born on December 13, 1993, in Minneapolis, MN, to Steven and Sharon (Kopitski) Myhre. He grew up in South Minneapolis. Zack enjoyed playing sports at Sibley Park, especially football and hockey. He and his brothers were known affectionately as the "Bruiser Myhres" on the rink. Zack was united in marriage to Melina Anderson. They were the parents of Layla Sue, Ivy Rose, Malachi Ryan and Ezekiel Steven. Zack worked as an Automotive Technician. He lived in Gaylord for a time and had been living in North Minneapolis.
Zackary died suddenly of an unexpected health incident on Sunday, August 24, 2025, in Bloomington, MN. He is survived by his children, his parents Steven Myhre of Minneapolis and Sharon Kopitski of Westbrook; siblings Amanda Myhre (Jeff) of Hopkins, Jesse (Cindy) Myhre of Maple Grove, Jazmynne Starnes of Robbinsdale, Richard (Bobbi) Myhre of Burnsville, Carlos (Brittni) Myhre of Iowa and Steven "Cory" Myhre of Minneapolis; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, relatives, friends and special Aunt, Allison Myhre. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and special Uncle, Ron Myhre.
