It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Zelma (Jackson) Radecky, who left us peacefully on September 29, 2025 at the age of 97. Born on December 15, 1927, in Anderson, Indiana to the late Herman & Zelma Rae (Leonard) Jackson.
She lived most of her life in Anderson working as a seamstress and a caregiver. Ruth was a member of the Journey Church.
She is survived by her son-in-law, Phillip M. Toombs; 2 granddaughters, Amanda Mayes & Jennifer (Jim) Reynolds; 3 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren ; sister, Pat Jackson Tudor; and several nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Sue Toombs and 9 brothers and sisters.
Services have been entrusted to Bozell Funeral Homes & Crematory, 515 E. 53rd Street, Anderson, Indiana. There will be no public services.
