CALISTOGA - Cheryl Lynn Knickerbocker (nee Smale) passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 79, in Calistoga, CA.

Born in 1944 in Flint, MI, Cheryl was known for her vibrant personality and her love for entertaining, finding joy in spending time with her extensive circle of friends and family. Described as kind, helpful, patient, and generous, she touched the lives of many with her cheerful spirit and sense of humor.

Cheryl leaves behind her husband, Cal; son, Cal Junior; daughter, Kelley; sisters: Diane and Jennifer; and her five grandchildren.

After receiving her undergraduate degree from U.C.
