NAPA - Frank Seth Palagi, passed away on February 13, 2024, at the age of 88.
Born on October 19, 1935, in Pocatello, ID, Frank's journey was characterized by professional accomplishments and was blessed with a loving family. Frank was a Napa resident for over 60 years. He had two children, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He worked for Ghilotti Bros. Construction for 65 years where he forged many long-lasting relationships while demonstrating integrity and hard work. Frank enjoyed fine dining and singing Rat Pack standards. He loved to ski and faithfully rooted for the 49ers.
Frank leaves behind his son and daughter-in-law, David and Renee Palagi; grandchildren: Megan Palagi and Chris Adrian, Chad and Katie Palagi and Amy Palagi; great-grandchildren: Rowan and Cillian Palagi and Leo and Evie Adrian; brother, Geno Palagi; partner of 23 years, Terry Brown and her daughter and son-in-law Alex and Jason Greely; stepson Kenny Palagi; his Ghilotti Bros. family; his nephews and niece and many extended family members, and long time friends. Frank is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Sarah; and his son, Frank Jr.
A celebration of Frank's life will be held at Napario - 943 Water St., Napa, CA, on March 17, 2024, at 12:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice are welcomed. Frank Seth Palagi's memory will be cherished by many.

My name is Andy reale. Brother of bev Blackmon (Walt). I have known Frank for years I used to sing with him on Reno bus trips. Many friend and family get together he was an awesome man. Cannot atten I have medical issues.

My condolences to your wonderful family, Palagis. I am glad that Frank's suffering and decline are at a merciful end. I know he wasn't the most demonstrative of folks when it came to expressing love, but I am sure he appreciated all the love and amazing support you provided to him these last months and years.
