Brian Bahler Obituary

Bahler, Brian 55, resident of Naperville, IL, and raised in Downers Grove, IL, passed away on Thursday, April l8th. Brian attended Downers Grove North High School, and graduated in 1976, where he was co-salutatorian. He went on to University of Wisconsin - Platteville, where he majored in criminal justice, and graduated with honors. He was employed by Bonnamy & Associates LLC, where he worked for the past 29 years. Brian is survived by his parents, Glenn and Jean (Martin) Bahler, of Woodridge; as well as his siblings, Randy (Barbara Dayton), Gary (Laura Reber), Ginger (Buck Sanders) and Spencer. Additionally, Brian is survived by his 5 nieces and nephew, Alex, Amanda, Carly, Nora and Melanie. Brian lived in Naperville for the past 22 years. Memorial Visitation will take place at First United Methodist Church, 1032 Maple Ave., Downers Grove, IL 60515 on Saturday, May 11th, from 9am-12pm, immediately followed by a service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief), at www.umcor.org or University of Wisconsin - Platteville, Criminal Justice Department, at www.uwplatt.cdu/cj.
