My old neighbor from Naperville will be truly missed. I enjoyed our long talks. I was really glad I got to reminence with her this past year.

When we grew up on Ferry Road, my sisters, brother, and I always knew her as Aunt Elaine.
I remember going to Elaine and Elmer's house to watch Bonanza on their new COLOR television when Cliff Johnson delivered it. What a treat!
Every birthday, wedding anniversary, or Christmas wasn't complete until you opened the card that she sent.
Elaine's actions taught us how to love God, our family, our neighbors, and our community, and the importance of respecting all people. She gave us friendship that will last forever.

I worked with Elaine in the Sears store in down town Naperville. She took me under her wing. I have always been grateful for the time she gave me.

Elaine will always be remembered for her partnership of ministry with Big Woods Cong. Church. Many years and hours she has spent on our congregation's behalf and so we will hold her memory in the highest regards.
