Debbie D'Angelo-Weber

Debbie passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021, she was 64 years young. Debbie had been at home battling COVID for a week, in Naples, Florida.

She was born in Miami, Florida on March 10, 1957. Debbie was a long time Naples resident, establishing her life here since 1959.

Debbie is survived by her three sons Jonathan Weber, Todd Weber and Dylan Robinson. Her mother Annette Gentilie, Father Leo J D'Angelo, Stepfather Frank Vertrand, Sister Denise Frantz and Aunt Sue Gentilie, all who reside in Naples. She was a fighter with an excited spirit for every endeavor she was up against. Debbie was a big influence in the Naples community, bringing a true entrepreneurial spirit and always lending a helping hand to all those she acquainted.

Debbie's love for the beach, boating, dancing, socialization, being surrounded by old friends and new, as well as family and an involved collector of antiques and fine arts, she truly embodied the Naples lifestyle.

Having faced much adversity in her life, Debbie held on to and embraced the romantic symbolism of butterflies which is a true testament to her character. She stood for renewed transformation through good times and bad, adaptability, and graceful transition of growth throughout her life. She will be missed and continually loved.

I remember Debbie being a very outgoing popular girl at Naples High. Over the years I would run into her around town or a reunion event and she would always be happy to see everyone. Giant smiles! RIP

I didn't know Debbie all that well but for many years- She took one of my crew out on a charter once when only one person showed up for her boat as I had two boats booked- She said " get on board we are going fishing". Spent the full 1/2 day for just one person. When ever I would run into her she was always in good spirit. Too young to leave us- God Bless

My deepest condolence for you Annette and your family. There are not enough words to really console this type of pain. Our whole family met Debbie at the Olympiad years ago and stayed friends and saw Debbie over the years. She had a phenomenal personality , and will truly be missed by all that knew her. We´re just very sad to hear this news. Much love goes out to your entire family. xo
