Naples, FL - John L. Houghtaling
Nov. 9, 1931 - July 10, 2021
John L. Houghtaling, age 89, of Naples died peacefully on July 10, 2021.
John was a late resident of Syracuse, NY and a graduate of Syracuse University. He served as an officer in the United States Air Force from 1954 - 1958. He retired from Gaylord Bros. in 1994 after 37 years as Vice President of Quality Assurance.
John was a member of the Naples First Church of the Nazarene.
Surviving him are his wife, Margaret; daughter, Valerie, of Cape Coral; and his son, Brian, of Naples. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at the Naples First Church of the Nazarene on Saturday, July 24th at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, any donations can be made to Naples First Church of the Nazarenes Compassion Fund, 3100 Bailey Lane, Naples, FL.
