I met Bill when I first came to Green Bay. He impressed me then with his straightforward and friendly approach, and over the years with his dry and incisive sense of humor, combined with a sincere interest in the people he dealt with, and certainly in the wellbeing of his community. He was also, clearly, very smart. His community, and I will miss him! His family has my sympathy, and Nancy's.

Dear Malooly family,
I had the good fortune to interact with Bill during the banking days. He was a bright star, intelligent and kind. Best wishes to you all. Victoria (Safford) Parmentier

Duffy and girls,

So sorry to hear about the loss of your dad and grandpa. Prayers for all of you during this difficult time.

January 11, 2015

Bill was a very honorable and ethical competitor in the banking business. I enjoyed his sense of humor. A number of years ago I received and award from my alma mater and Bill sent me a congratulatory note. However, he ended it by saying "I never knew that you even went to college". Our sympathies to the Malooly family.

Bill helped make a life long dream of owning a company come to reality. He was not only a friend but a highly valued advisor and mentor. A great and insightful guy with unique and creative approaches to business and life that we will miss. Bill is the reason Barbara and I, and our family, have been so blessed to be able to enjoy so many great and meaningful times and experiences in our lives and with our family. We are deeply grateful to have had him in our lives.
I'm glad he left this world as he did. Julie and the family are in our thoughts and prayers.

January 7, 2015

Dear Julie & Family: Bill was a wonderful person and someone who truly had a "Heart of Gold". This world is a better place because of Bill. I also worked at the Bank and I saw his goodness up front. I am happy to say that after I retired I had a one-to-one conversation with him and I told him these things. How glad I am that I told him while he was here to know my thoughts. I am happy to have known him. Lois M. Soboda
